Also generell die Art und Weise wie da mit einem umgegangen wird ist einfach nicht gut. Hatte mittlerweile über 6 "Gesprächspartner" die ich super sehen und verstehen konnte, mit denen ich z.T. auch den Datenabgleich starten konnte, dann aber plötzlich und sehr schnell abgebrochen wurde, weil angeblich Verbindung weg - komisch weil ich alle noch sehen und hören konnte. Alle 6 bisherigen Mitarbeiter waren sichtlich angewidert von ihrem Job, unfreundlich und höchst genervt. Super unseriös, wenn es um die wichtigsten persönlichen Daten geht! Dazu wird die IDNow App benötigt. Die ID, welche bei GMX angezeigt wird, kann kopiert und in der IDnow App eingefügt werden. Zumindest ist das die Theorie. Funktioniert hat es nicht. Bei manueller Eingabe ist laut App das Format der ID ungültig. Selbe Rezension gilt für GMX, da nun mal beide miteinander „arbeiten“.
