Bei uns hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. 

Wir haben die Identifikation kurz vor 22Uhr gemacht. Es ging schnell und einfach. Herzlichen Dank dass ihr die Identifikation auch abends erlaubt.

So mussten wir nicht zur Filiale oder der Post gehen.

die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist keine Überraschung: Die Firma Intrum ist schon seit langem für mangelnde Seriösität und hohe Fluktuation bekannt. Die Firma stiehlt Daten in öffentlichen Registern und aggregiert sie fehlerhaft, was zu Verwechslungen und sehr viel Ärger für Betroffene führt. 
Nachdem immer mehr Leute wissen, dass die Forderungen von Intrum (vorher Intrum Justitia) rechtlich nicht haltbar sind, will die Firma mit Identifizierungen ein neues Geschäftsfeld erschliessen - leider ohne wesentlich besser zu arbeiten als im alten Geschäftsfeld. Dazu kommt die Gefahr, dass die Firma absichtlich oder versehentlich Daten vermischt. 
Fazit: Unseriöser Anbieter, wer gezwungen ist ihn zu nutzen sollte danach ein Löschbegehren nach Datenschutzgesetz nachsenden.
Übrigens: Der Wikipedia-Eintrag zu Intrum wurde von den PR-Leuten von Intrum abgeändert.
