TRAINING PROGRAMS
Follow structured training programs built by IEA coaches. Video drills and written workouts, organised by tier, with your progress synced across devices.

LEADERBOARD
See where you stand. Monthly rankings across the whole academy, with the top 3 on the podium. Train hard and climb.

LOCATIONS
Find all 5 IEA academy venues across Ireland on an interactive map, with session details and event info.

COMMUNITY
Follow teammates, check their stats, send direct messages and voice notes, and stay in the loop with academy announcements.

REWARDS
Redeem your hard-earned points for exclusive IEA rewards.

MEMBERSHIP
