This app automatically adapts customers’ existing ITSM forms and processes to a mobile-friendly layout without requiring any customization. The software introduces innovative productivity features to help self-service users as well as service desk employees and service partners work quickly and effectively while on the go. A time-saving ‘shortcut’ system allows iET® ITSM users to save common actions, so they can be accessed directly from the favourites screen. Users can also save time and effort by setting up pre-populated templates for completing common tasks. For example, end users can quickly raise a ‘toner low’ incident from their mobile device while standing at a printer, and printer engineers can update the status of incidents (such as ‘toner replaced’) while on the move. ## iET Mobile Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource114/v4/9b/ce/73/9bce7350-7d1b-5015-c89c-3e1db0e82489/6750768f-65f0-4cff-8a99-74dff2b6a5b0_new_login.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource114/v4/ac/0a/00/ac0a00e4-0f74-8138-42f7-49f013f4680b/592b911d-ba71-4984-b7fb-23e9c008fccc_iphone1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource124/v4/6e/80/05/6e8005b5-f5cc-3054-eba9-8fbbaa6d892a/48f0976b-fbb6-4d0a-b5f5-feed6170fb7c_iphone2.png/1284x2778.png) ## iET Mobile Rating Breakdown in Germany - 5 stars: 2 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Apps Similar to iET Mobile - [Kaching - Money Manager](https://apptail.io/app/kaching-money-manager-dLN/germany) - [LidarCad](https://apptail.io/app/lidarcad-Arbb/germany) - [NetSupport Manager Control](https://apptail.io/app/netsupport-manager-control-wEGb/germany) - [Subnet Calc](https://apptail.io/app/subnet-calc-MmTb/germany) - [Bank ABC Egypt Wallet](https://apptail.io/app/bank-abc-egypt-wallet-DkVb/germany) - [Alfresco Mobile Workspace](https://apptail.io/app/alfresco-mobile-workspace-wXbd/germany) - [Voice Recorder HD Pro](https://apptail.io/app/voice-recorder-hd-pro-kMed/germany) - [Connected Spaces Vision](https://apptail.io/app/connected-spaces-vision-Dbjd/germany) - [TARGOBANK CIB](https://apptail.io/app/targobank-cib-lPte/germany) - [TCS Perspectives](https://apptail.io/app/tcs-perspectives-Lgqh/germany) ## iET Mobile Available In - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/germany) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/united-kingdom) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/switzerland) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/spain) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/hong-kong) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/kuwait) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/netherlands) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/poland) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/singapore) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/taiwan) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/australia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/vietnam) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/iet-mobile-amNl/azerbaijan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
