This is not the first time that I found myself staring up the updated app and a video stream starts playing back automatically. The stream cannot be easily located since it is hidden below a lot of other content. The worst part is that there is no pause button, while the speaker shows muted but cannot be toggled without triggering some EULA which I’M NOT INTERESTED IN. Please fix this I don’t want to have auto play streams when I’m on mobile Internet. I do not want to hear loud audio when I check my account information. I do not want to be confronted by EULA for a video stream that I may or may not wish to listen to.

While app supports Face ID, sometimes for unknown reasons it doesn’t work and have to key in password. No problem but after keying in the app refuses to budge to go into app. Restarted app and even reboot the phone but same thing happens. Few times this month. Pls fix the log in bug.

After updating to the latest version, I can’t log in at all. Each time i try, it either crashes or just goes back to the login page.

I have been using iFast for my investment platform. Overall, I like it. I have only one suggestion for improvement. I suggest to add graphs or line chart for each investment account. This will help users to easily see the history and performance of those account. This feature is common in other public investment platforms. Please consider to add this in your software update. I think users will be very happy.
