### *---- "Worst shopping app"
I have used several shopping apps including instacart and freshgogo. This app is the worst among them. The app showed that the order was still being processing, even though the grocery had been delivered. However, two expensive items were missing. There was no alert or notification about this delivery, missing items, or refunds. I requested refunds on the app, but the app was basically frozen for 5 minutes without responding. I had to close the app. When it was reopened, it showed that it had refunded me but it was not clear when and how much I would be refunded. I have not received my refunds yet and am not sure whether I will receive them at all.
