## IFS MWO Service Classic Description
IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Service is suited for field service technicians and provides them with service-critical information and offers complete control over your work process. It is intuitive, easy to use and guides field service technicians through the work execution process and other supporting functions. Fully embedded remote assistance capabilities allow field service technicians to visually communicate and interact with other techs and back-office experts in order to assist each other. This includes the ability to remotely see through the camera and add annotations on the video feed. Features such as configurable workflows and remote assistance lead to improved first-time fix rates along with improved accuracy and consistency of entered data.

IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Service provides full insight to task related information; imagine arriving on site for an emergency call and being able to check the status of any other open work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, or support requests from that customer, check the availability of spare parts and efficiently record the work you have performed and update your work status. This application also provides the ability to initiate, process and release service quotations including the ability to calculate total quoted price and present the generated quotation to the customer for approval.

IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Service offers robust offline capabilities for use in locations and situations where network connectivity is bad, sporadic or simply not allowed. The software automatically syncs your entered data later, on a schedule or when your network connection is reestablished.

IFS Cloud MWO Service is intended for customers running IFS Cloud.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

## IFS MWO Service Classic Reviews in United States

### *---- "Too many problems to list"
Really poor program. You have to add pictures one at a time.
-- Dunzo the clown, 2025-10-22

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Do not use this app if you have the choice
-- micocain, 2025-10-17

### *---- "Do not download this app"
Worst app ever takes forever for it to load service reports and things like that disappear all the time do not recommend absolutely horrible
-- rac122222777, 2025-08-20

### *---- "Simply the worst"
Worst app I have ever had to work with.

Feels like 10min of thought is put into it.
-- Sviiinet, 2025-05-07

### *---- "Just not connecting"
I’ll pass thank you.
-- Poolside 1023, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Horrible program"
I recommend finding a different program if you’re considering this one. Anything would be better than this.
-- Why are you making me do this?, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Poorly Designed App"
Not user friendly. Needs constant logging (almost everytime I open the app), time scrolling is poorly designed (time reporting only allowed in 15 minutes interval but you have whole range 1 - 60 minutes available to chose), when I try to report travel time I’m not allowed to enter the travel start time and stop time, only the amount of hours, that’s not handy at all. Customer signature behaviour is unpredictable, approve hours button sometimes doesnt work, calendar view is not showing tentative assignments. Deviated hours takes too long to show up registered hours, requires high speed internet connection, the app is almost impossible to use in poor internet connection. Service order information is not reliable.
