Excellent user experience and yet a serious and professional trading platform
I am very satisfied with the IG platform after having trading on it actively for over 5 years. The only problem I have is that the funding/ carrying costs or gains of positions I created are not clear and transparent enough when compared with other leading platform’s. Please consider whether you can improve upon this feature. Thanks!

Alerts bugs
1. Column width of Alerts is not wide enough for "Alert when". 2. Edit alert cannot set values of Sell/Buy lower or higher as it used to. The problems started a few Updates ago on iPhone 5 with iOS 9.3.3. No such problems on iPhone 5s with 7.1.2.

Fonts become bigger can show less in watch list now, but at same time light font color make numbers hard to read, also, can you reinstate the bottom shortcut icons? The menu idea is bad !
Worst broker I have ever used
Do not allow you to set limit orders within a percentage that they deem realistic (30%) . This has blocked my trading strategy when dealing with volatile instruments. AVOID

IG stands out with its sleek UI, fast execution, versatile account options, the perfect demo accounts to practice strategies and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
App crashes
Every time I tried to switch to the demo part of the app to learn more it just instantly crashes and closes the app before I even get chance to get onto the account, I’ve tried 15 times in a row now and every time it just keeps crashing.
Crashes continually
What on earth is happening to this app? ‘Login expired’ comes up every time I log in, and then when switching from real to demo, the app just crashes. I love IG, but come on…
