## igloohome Description
The igloohome app allows users to manage their igloohome smart locks or igloohome smart keyboxes. Grant visitors access to your home or property from any time and place. Through the igloohome app, you can send a PIN code or Bluetooth key to anyone via email/SMS/Whatsapp/other communication platforms, for the duration that you select. Through the igloohome mobile app, you can also check the access logs to see who and when someone has entered your property.

For Airbnb hosts: Make check-in and check-out smoother for you and your guests. When you synchronise your Airbnb account to the app (via Airbnb Connect), a PIN code is created for each guest when their booking is confirmed. This PIN code is sent to the guest for his/her to use on the igloohome smart lock/keybox when they arrive at your property, and is only valid for the period booked.  

No more fuss over key exchanges and missing/lost keys ever again.

After my Igloohome Gate Lock was installed, I have no problem unlocking using my thumbprint or password. But recently, when I tried using the Access Card , I failed to unlock. The installer , who was rushing in his job, only guide me in using the thumbprint and pw access. As there is no manual provided , I was at a loss . I called the Cust Svc Hotline and Ms Ann attended to me. She guided me patiently and smoothly over the phone until the issue was resolved. Thanks , Ms Ann, for helping me , a senior citizen, in going thru the technical matters so simply. Wishing you a bright future in your career ahead.

Its IPX7 rating means I don't have to replace faulty key padlocks frequently. Additionally, it supports voice commands to unlock the padlock. Was initially skeptical of the app was useful at all. Ever since, I played around with the app interface, I was pleased that it showed me my lock’s battery life upfront, allowed to to edit the relock timing as well as volume alerts settings.. (I could lower the sound so that I don’t wake up my baby when she’s sleeping is a huge plus).

Furthermore, the regular firmware updates give me the confidence that this is a tech company that is constantly improving its product and experience.

I have been using padlock 2 and the item was not as described as military standard. After about a year, the whole handle pin came out from the padlock. Worse was the app no longer working but the “spinning wheel” keeps spinning for nothing… 😞😩

Started by locking myself out of the house. Forever unable to pair. Called cs and it says is incorrect password. So trying to use app to change. Then contacted them to switch user account. Have to restart phone, reinstall app to have my account shown. Next error comes, still ask me to on/off my Bluetooth, restart phone etc. now still cannot use. 1 month + already
