## Ignite by Hatch Reviews in United States

### **--- "Horrible"
We have been using this app for a year and it crashes all the time. It doesn’t track the correct play time for the students. The standards are WAY higher than appropriate.
-- Ms. Tired, 2022-03-22

### **--- "Doesn’t work properly"
Great app when it works. School wanting to use it but it will only work on my phone but not on my child’s tablet. Freezes on preparing to ignite screen.
-- shelly5665, 2021-09-14

### *---- "The app keeps crashing"
I was hoping to use this app for my students but it keeps crashing. The farthest I can get is to the login screen and then the app closes. It does this only on my android tablet however. The app works perfectly fine on my iPhone. I believe the Android is on a windows 8 processing system which is above the minimum needed. I just really wanted to be able to use the app because it seems like a great idea for students. I hope this is fixed soon.
-- hopeful eye, 2021-09-11

### *---- "Doesn’t load"
Have tried everything to get this to load so my kid can play. Goes to where you touch the robot and the next screen says it’s loaded to 100% and nothing happens. I’ve emptied all my caches and wiped history, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and nothing works to resolve the issue.
-- lilysmom91215, 2021-08-30

### ***-- "Malfunction"
Can not get pass the first two skills. Keeps starting over and shows no progress of what my child has done
-- Cheri d' amour, 2021-08-16

### *---- "Won’t work on iPad Air 2"
I can’t even rate this app for what its worth because every time I go to open the app. The app says no network connection but that is impossible if I can watch YouTube and play other games while waiting on this app to open.
-- Belly Hope, 2021-01-21

### ****- "Review"
This app need fixed my daughters teacher recommended this app very educational I actually like this app very much .what I do not like is that some times the app exits out when she’s logged on already .at first it wouldn’t work on her iPad ,now it works for a lil bit before exiting out on her and she gets upset. But over all the app it self is great I rather my child be on her learning then on YouTube.
-- arimom27, 2020-12-15

### **--- "Crash alert!"
Downloaded the app on iPad mini 2. Couldn’t even load the title screen without crashing. Submitted several tickets to the developer asking for help. No response. Deleted app and had no choice but to allow my 3 and 4 year old to use the app on my cracked-screen iPhone.

Waited a week. It looks like there was an update. Reinstalled on iPad. Plays for a bit but then crashes again. Please fix this.
-- Ash is Mom, 2020-12-14

### *---- "App crashes on iPad"
As others have said, app doesn’t even start up on iPad. Works on iPhone but I would prefer it to work on the iPad because that is my son’s device. I checked compatibility and it should work. There doesn’t seem to be a fix. Reached out to customer support but no response yet...
-- darzzie, 2020-11-27

### ***-- "Malfunction"
Tried opening app several times now. You hear music pink screen than music stops and nothing pops up to log in. I checked for an update and there is no update at this time. I hope this can be fixed soon. My daughter has to quarantine and I’d rather she use this app so her teacher can track her progress.
