This app deserves to be featured prominently in Human-Computer interaction design courses (under the list of unusable apps, that is). 

Unable to complete the transaction as a guest, being stuck on the loading screen for minutes. 

Decided to sign up instead. However, after keying in my OTP, it says I need to fill in the postal code field, which could no longer be accessed. Quitting the app and restarting it just brings me to this OTP screen again, and the unfortunate cycle continues.
