## iHealth Gluco-Smart Description
Automatically record test results with a digital logbook that eliminates manual entry. The iHealth Gluco-Smart app saves time and eliminates errors by automatically handling tasks that are tedious with most blood glucose measuring systems, such as logging test results, charting data, and sharing results with caregivers. Add the secure cloud service (it’s free, too) and you have a convenient “go-to” testing system – wherever you are.

Measure – View readings instantly on your mobile device. Tag details to your results such as meals, activities, and voice memo. Upload offline measurements, and scan your new test strips for smart tracking.

Record – View a graphical summary of your past week, 2 weeks, month, and 3 months measurements and averages. Entries are all securely stored in your free iHealth cloud account for you to view at any time.

Manage – Review a digital logbook with all the details of your measurements, including time stamp, date, meals, carbs, activity, and voice memo. See stats and trends of key time periods broken out by day and meals.

Share – Share your results instantly with friends, family, or your doctor in .csv or pdf report format.

I’ve used this app for over a year with no issues. Now it crashes each time I open it. Looked for an update but there was none. Rebooted phone, did not fix. Reached out to to the developer site but your chat bot could not fix and didn’t know how to submit a ticket. 

I’m afraid to delete the app and lose my data. Writing this review was the only thing I could think of to get help before buying a different product. Customer support experience is not great at the moment.

Today out of nowhere this app that goes with my glucose monitor stopped working. I tried looking for an update, then deleted an added again. Then I had to do forgot password. That takes me an iHealth website  where I had to register and provide personal info but I still cannot get iGluco app to work. 
I have been very happy with it over the last 5 months.
I tried to report a problem and apparently that doesn’t work because it’s a free app; not. I paid more for the monitor because it had an app.

Had to record my scores for a week after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was excited this would make it easy. Smooth for the first 3 days and for no reason, today the app immediately quits after opening. I’ve removed and redownloaded it several times and it continues to just be buggy and not work. Very disappointed.

Like the title says won’t connect to bluetooth. I used same iHealth app for Blood Pressure Monitor login. It logs in then crash.

I made a diabetic person and I used this every day to check my levels After 6 days downloading this app it started to logging me out, won’t connect to Bluetooth, it keeps freezing now I have to weight it down the whole point of getting this device with the app is to not write it down I already shutdown my phone I redownload the app keep having problems

The app has recently started crashing within seconds of opening. I’m hesitant to delete and reinstall because I will lose my data, which is the whole reason I chose this over other monitors. No longer recommend.
