## iHome Zenergy Reviews in United States

### *---- "Dumb app"
We have two ihomes in the house and I connected the wrong one and now I can’t figure out how to disconnect other I wanted to connect mine to the app this is ridiculous I’m very frustrated and angry I tried almost everything
-- Camilleguyote, 2023-09-28

### *---- "Can I give less than 1 star please?!"
Horrible app with an even worse device, will NEVER purchase iHome product again.
-- JaytBird1971, 2023-06-13

### *---- "App won’t look for device"
My ihome easily pairs with my phone via Bluetooth however this app will not recognize any devices and so it is completely useless.
-- Carcidicono, 2023-02-16

### *---- "Constantly unpairs and won’t re-pair"
I love the clock and sound machine. But the app is when it works is good, but it won’t stay paired with phone and next to impossible to get it reconnected once lost
-- SandDancer9, 2022-06-30

### ***-- "Clock"
I love this clock but it has a problem. It automatically changes to Bluetooth and the numbers fade on a regular basis. I don’t know what to do to stop this.
-- Edgourmet1, 2022-06-21

### ***** "paired with device"
i really enjoy this app because i have the sound machine paired to my bluetooth. it’s great for sounds, an alarm clock, radio, lights and more. the controls are easy and the app is simple to use. really love this app and device and would highly recommend.
-- biggiecheese20, 2022-06-20

### *---- "Radio doesn’t stay set???"
This app is still terrible. If I’d known how bad it was I wouldn’t have purchased the alarm clock that goes with it. FIX THIS APP.

The alarm function works but a radio station won’t stay set on an actual station. No matter how many times I try to set the alarm station, it goes back to a random(?) 105.1 which is no station at all and I wake to static. Please fix your app.
-- kphpe, 2022-06-03

### *---- "Use to love this app"
I used this app for years. iPhone 10 or new iPhones this app will not let you pair ihome products with app via blue tooth
-- JewelsLo, 2022-05-12

### *---- "FIX YOUR APP"
It can work great one day and not the next. My Home Screen won’t come up today.
-- SusanGFlowers, 2022-03-23

### *---- "Garbage, wish it worked"
Wish it wasn’t garbage, will be returning it to the store. The app, if it worked even mildly well, would make this a 5 star product. I couldn’t even get to the set up device page.. For anyone that cares that’s half of all available options on the main screen. The other button leads you to the ihome store page, that one works.. Sadly this product is a missed opportunity.
