Agreeing with previous remarks about login/password issues. Can only login via computer not from iPhone or iPad consistently. On iPad the screen is shifted to the left and won’t go full screen unless I select an item. On iPhone it never lets me login and keeps prompting me to reset password. Website seems only functional from website and not the mobile apps.
Tried multiple times to order thru app at different locations. None of them worked. Keeps giving error about checking payment info. Keeps Informed the locations and they didn't help.
Used to like this app, but the current version won’t let me pay. Seems like they should do better QC.
Used two different payment options that were both declined for no apparent reason. Waste of my time trying to order on here
This is app is so messed up no what of knowing if your order was sent I had to check my credit card to see if my order was placed. There was no way of reviewing the order after purchase as well. Plus I had to sign in and out and fill out at least 15 different forms screw you and your app. I’m convinced that most of these reviews on this app are fake
I am so tired of these unimportant apps requiring ridiculous passwords. My banks don’t require a 12-character password. So you’re going to make me remember a whole new password just for me to order pancakes! I don’t think so, just freaking ridiculous. It’s freaking pancakes
The app is awesome, it just needs to add Apple Pay as a payment option. Please!!
My meal was around $50 plus tip but when I used y’all app to pay for our meal it charged us $70.
The IHOP Rewards app has a lot of potential, but it falls short in a crucial area: scanning receipts for rewards. Every time I try to scan my receipt, the app displays an error message, making it impossible to earn rewards. This has been a consistent issue, and it really needs to be addressed. It’s frustrating to go through the trouble of dining at IHOP with the expectation of earning rewards, only to be met with this inconvenience. Until this problem is fixed, the app is more hassle than it’s worth.
The app took about 20 tries to log in. It asks you to login twice for every attempt. After I finally got on, it refused to let me make a purchase. It has no functionality.
