Can’t even login

Terrible.

Forced to update and yet keep having error message. Can’t access the app when I need it while being in the hospital.

I can’t submit claims cause no option for submissions… I can’t even check my panel clinic balance…

An app that crashes and can’t know the reason why that happen. A company that makes only its customer service answers the call. Till now haven’t seen a worse app

Cannot login event after todays updates

I cannot login to my id tp use my insurance due to invalid perimeter during login and l received otp for login. Please hire a good mobile ios software developer

App crashes after payment

App crashed after made payment twice for virtual clinic feature. For something so critical - this should not be overlooked. Will request a refund for the paid - but no service rendered. Disappointing.

Terrible app, with unresponsive customer service

There is no other way to complain about the customer service except on their customer hotline. And if they can’t assist in your queries and claims, there’s no way to escalate the problems further. It’s been more than one month since I submitted my claims, and until now the response is “we will try to speed up the process”.

App yang paling tak function pernah ku jumpa..lahhh tiber2 je user not found..wei orang emergency nk guna kau boleh USER NOT FOUND!!! apa masalah???????? Kau delete user ke pun?
