Useless App
This app do not allow me to submit any claim . The submit button is just not active even after filling up all the necessary information . Just a waste of time using this app to submit any claims. I hope their IT can look into this issue seriously and fix it asap.
Blank page. Details don’t load
After loading, it just shows a blank page. Pls fix as it impact claims
App shows empty screen
When I open the app it shows an empty screen even after waiting several minutes the app is not responsive. Please get this resolved, it has severe financial impacts on claims.
