The IHP app has been a very frustrating experience. Sometimes the entitlement table does not show and the only way to solve is to uninstall and re install. Which is very inconvenient. Login system is unreliable, even when correct details was input. Overall the app feel unstable and poorly maintained. A health care related app should be much more reliable than this.

Not going to mention the same DISGUSTING issues brought by this IHP developer team described in other users’ comments again. 

Just for those users like me facing problems login or send OTP, you can try logging from a browser (Google IHP and enter their website). From there you can login via SingPass and won’t need any OTP.
