Fooling the peoples

Loan is disbursed Amount not received in account

I applied four days back and loan is disbursed it is showing and also mandate is showing successful but still not get any amount and also when I am trying to call it is saying ur nmbr is not registered when I am doing login with same nmbr login is done n the person msgd me on WhatsApp from one nmbr that also is not picking the call. I dnt know whether it’s a fraud or wat but there is no way to contact anyone.

Application gets crashed

There is a huge issue as the application is getting crashed while making the payment. It crashes when the it asks you to enter the payment amount or at the selection of the mode of payment.

Disappointing banking experience

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with IIFL Finance Limited and I must say, it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the lack of organization and efficiency. Despite arriving during what should have been off-peak hours, I found myself stuck in an interminable line, wasting precious time that I could have spent on more productive endeavors.Once I finally reached a teller, I was met with incompetence and indifference. Not only was my simple transaction botched due to "system issues" (an excuse I've heard one too many times), but the staff seemed completely unconcerned about my inconvenience. It was as if my time and needs were of no importance to them.To add insult to injury, the overall atmosphere of the bank was one of neglect and disrepair. The facilities were outdated and unkempt, giving the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority for IIFL Finance Limited In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering banking with IIFL Finance Limited to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and hassle of dealing with a company that clearly has little regard for its customers.

23 days ho gaye but abhi tak paice account me nahi aye. And all castmer service any time busy and bohot rudly handling cstmer very 3rd class app😡😡

Facing problems for closing account

From last month I am trying to close my account but i can’t see any option in app. How will it happened? Paying my EMI on time but still the same amount showing in app.

Worst experience with this bank don’t go with this bank. After Final disbursement also they are collecting interest for previous amount they collected nearly 1lakh. These things not at all explained before. These money good for your health and wealth ???
