## IKan Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t Perform Change of Address"
When prompted to upload images of my credentials and proof of new address, the app just takes a step back after selecting the images, I get stuck in a loop trying to upload the blasted images.
-- Vintageer, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Uploading images crashes the app"
I was attempting to update my address and anytime I had to upload a photo the app would crash. I had to get on a laptop to submit the application.
-- Jared58927, 2024-08-25

### ***-- "Whose idea was chatbot payment?!?"
Pro: app seems to work ok, Kansas finally getting a little bit of technology with their system.

Con: who thought a chatbot was the best way to pay online?!? First page lists all the vehicles to renew. So I click it and then it immedietely forgets the vehicles and asks me to enter in a PIN or plate number. Then asks a bunch of different questions. Guess what, if you have another vehicle you have to do it all over again. So whoever chose this: have you ever paid a bill anywhere else like this? Water, insurnace, invoices? If everywhere else in society has already figured out an easy invoice system why buck the trend and make us go through a chatbot?
-- Vinny Ka Do Da, 2024-08-16

### **--- "Crashing"
Everytime I upload a document, either from camera or camera roll, the app crashes
-- daltonwl, 2024-08-06

### **--- "Never Works Correctly"
I’ve tried to use it four years in a row to renew my tags… I get to put in all the info and then it just becomes a white screen… I go in and talk to people about it and they just tell me to use the icon app to fix the problem… That’s like losing your phone in trying to track it down using Find My and it tells you to please use your phone to find the device you are missing…
-- Hernandeztattoos, 2024-06-15

### *---- "The most useless app"
The most useless app
-- monir iqbal, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Literally can't renew"
The screen keeps cutting off my ability to tap anything.
-- AChrstnGmr, 2024-05-16

### *---- "Somewhat useful, but no access to real-time data"
This app is really easy to use if, and only if, it can find your car. This is easy for folks who aren’t millennials/Gen Z that have to move every year while renting… also, don’t buy a car… even if they send you a registration renewal letter with a PIN for your new car registered in the state of KS for over 6 months, it STILL won’t work! I digress…
-- 5-star idea, 1-star execution, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Don’t Expect it to Work"
The app fails to recognize that you are trying re-register your vehicle. You can search the PIN, VIN, Plate, any and everything and it never works. Have tried for 2 years with no success. Spend my tax dollars elsewhere please!
-- OHughes22, 2024-05-10

### **--- "Password difficulty"
When you create an account on the website and then try to get the app there is a struggle to get the proper passwords to sync up. Is it under Secretary of State? I’d it under Kansas? There is no way I’m going to be able to manually enter the password that my password app generated: &8@5?fgl68^{€+fTE34
