## IKEA Home smart Description

Volle Kontrolle

## IKEA Home smart Reviews in Germany

-- OpaFritz8, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Audio Auswahl funktioniert nicht mehr"
Dear IKEA developer,

Who can help?
I've been unable to select audio in the IKEA Home Smart app for a few weeks now. Neither for existing scenes nor new ones. Even worse: when I try to change existing scenes, the preselection jumps to "Pause" and previously entered playlists/music stations are gone.
Interestingly, I can select speakers directly and assign music to them. That works.

I would like to ask the official support team about this, but all attempts end up with friendly people who can tell me how to return a piece of defective furniture.
You can't get a developer.

A few key data
OS: Apple iOS 18.2
IKEA Home Smart & SONOS app are up to date
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both.
Dirigera Hub is up to date

Any ideas?

++++DE+++
Liebes IKEA Entwickler team,

Dirigera Hub is aktuell

### ***** "Spitzen App"

### *---- "Hub keeps disconnecting"
I have been using the hub and the app for two months now. For the last 2-3 days my hub keeps disconnecting. I open the app and see the hub is not there anymore and i need to add it back manually every day. Sometimes more than once a day. It is really annoying. I don’t know what caused this but please check if there is a bug in your app. Apple home keeps connected but your app loses connection to your hub.
