The application is terribly buggy, when going to checkout, instead of going to checkout, some other page opens and doesn't let you complete any steps. If some product is out of stock and it's in the cart, the application simply notifies you of this and says that it's impossible to complete the checkout, but it doesn't tell you which product is missing and doesn't move it to a separate list. The user must click through all the products in the cart to find the missing one and delete it, otherwise you can't buy the rest. The number of the product that's missing is written (not always) in the notification, but this number is not in the title in the thumbnail of the product card that's listed in the cart. Why should the user have to constantly search for this product to delete it, and the application system doesn't do this? I'd also like to point out that the selection of similar products doesn't work correctly, and there's no button in the product to go to its section with products from its group. In addition, the application doesn't have a well-organized catalog, they offer to choose by product or by rooms, but when you go to the catalog by product, it still gives you a choice of rooms, very little alternative. when you click on the transfer of goods to the cart list in the basket, it does not specify anything and completely deletes everything from the basket. I only skimmed the surface. It is surprising how such a serious corporation cannot make an application at least without such stupid mistakes

Totally a poor tracking order system. I couldn’t really tracking my order, i contacted the customer service but they gave me a link which was not working with my airway bill number, i kept on asking and they gave a new link but the tracking result was like a default one! This is will be my first and last time shopping on this app, unless they fix the problem. Hopefully my order will arrive soon as this the day 8 since my payment and without a clear tracking system.
