Checkout long response time
I just want to check out for 1 item, and it takes long long long time and till now still showing Your shopping cart is getting ready for checkout.. 🙄🙄 any issue?

Find the nearest IKEA store based on your location and check opening hours and directions. See if products are in stock at your selected store so you can plan the best time to shop.
VISIT IKEA
See where products on your shopping list are located in store and get helpful hints so you don't forget anything. Scan barcodes, QR-codes and article numbers to get product information and add products to your list. Then swipe right on product to mark it as collected and left to remove it from the list.

No login option, unable to add items into cart
Error error error. Just kill this app please
Could not proceed to checkout
Whenever I have done filling the shopping cart, I could not proceed to checkout for payment. It ALWAYS takes forever to load the page. Please fix this issue, otherwise might as well delete this useless app. Totally rubbish!
Lower down the price & assembly price
Dear IKEA, I am as regular customer for IKEA, I would suggest IKEA can lower down the of item such for furniture, bedframe and etc. You may also giv us discounts on the item purchase. Please lower down the delivery price because IKEA also already have attached with assembly price. Thank you.
Enable new list to be created in app
Would be great if in next update the app allows us to create a new list and transfer items to the new list. This useful feature is only available on the website but I wish it’s on the app. Other than that, this app is pretty decent.
One very outdated app
This app is not being updated regularly. Ikea Malaysia’s team also doesn’t provide any feedback on this matter when asked. I’m deleting this app as it serves no purpose to me anymore. I love Ikea but NOT its app.
Cannot amend address
I wanted to rectify my address but I could not find anywhere in the app where it can be edited. Tried logged out, reinstall app,update address in web browser but nothing changed in the apps. As last resort I had to delete account and recreate again and put in the correct address. This also means I cannot change delivery address if I want it to be delivered elsewhere. The shopping experience is good though and easy to navigate until checkout.
