Every single action takes sooo long to load. Clicking open an item, adding or removing to cart, favourites etc take 10 seconds to complete each time. My internet is 500Mbps and no issue on other shopping platforms. Disabled VPN and restarted the phone, no change. It’s honestly just this app. Frustrating experience

Somehow the IKEA app does not use ikea.com domain which means you have to manually select your IKEA username and password from your password manager. Very inconvenient. 

It also randomly logs you out. Not sure if this is an app issue or server side issue. Sometimes you have to login again after a while which is inconvenient especially with the issue that the password manager cannot autofill due to the app’s problem. 

Checkout does not work for me in June 2024 as it just keeps spinning.

Would be great if in next update the app allows us to create a new list and transfer items to the new list. This useful feature is only available on the website but I wish it’s on the app. Other than that, this app is pretty decent.

This app is not being updated regularly. Ikea Malaysia’s team also doesn’t provide any feedback on this matter when asked. I’m deleting this app as it serves no purpose to me anymore. I love Ikea but NOT its app.

I wanted to rectify my address but I could not find anywhere in the app where it can be edited. Tried logged out, reinstall app,update address in web browser but nothing changed in the apps. As last resort I had to delete account and recreate again and put in the correct address. This also means I cannot change delivery address if I want it to be delivered elsewhere. The shopping experience is good though and easy to navigate until checkout.
