Just made an order thru the app a few days ago and when I checked on it to see the progress there was nothing. I also checked my credit card and luckily it wasn’t charged but still. Its irritating. There’s no option to contact anybody from Ikea. Who can I even ask. It was multiple items and I’m too lazy to go through it again so Ikea just lost a sale. Oh and made my purchase during a promotion for free shipping. Smells really scammy cancelling people’s order so they will reorder but without the promotion.

I love Ikea but as a point of improvement: its hars to go around the app to just look around. You have to know what you want since its all in subsections. Ofcourse some purchases should be made through your laptop and not a smartphone because chances are, the app can lag when its to big. There customer support for online services is the worst so this is good for non urgent items and just looking around.

App doesn’t have order history and you still need to visit the LBC page to track your order.

It also doesn't pull/save your acct information like the family number which is too much of a hassle to type in every time you purchase.

It would also be great if the app can sync/combine with the:
- available inventory in store & in-app to minimize “out of stock” inventory on the app. 
- reviews from customers and also add a feature to leave reviews on the app for purchases made

Also got duplicated because upon checking out, the app showed my cart is empty and that I need to add an item before doing so, which is very weird. Your app was really good back in early 2023, now it's all shitty and clunky. For a big retailer, you should have high standards for customer experience, and invest on it.
