Assembly + shipping charge is unreasonable

Assembly should be for free with shipping. You can’t charge both!!

Payment gateways

Very poor network with tamara and tabby even it deducted the amount but order kot placed, disappointed

Slow

The app is too slow to add and remove items from cart. It takes a while to process and so the shopping experience takes a long time

Nice and convenient to shop. Low prices and static the designs.. I love ikea.

Easy to use app and with free delivery to a certain amount.

The app takes super long time to load one product. Its really annoying specially if i am in a hurry and want to load.

Why do I need to come to physical store to use the voucher

It’s very weird that we can’t use airmiles vouchers for online orders. I redeemed the voucher for 200 AED for ikea which I couldn’t use in this order at all. I called the customer service who said that the voucher can only be used in store. Very weird that in todays world I have to go to the store to use the voucher when everything else is done virtually. This is definitely something you can work on
