First off, Ike’s is awesome. 10/10 on their food. This is a review of their app. It’s so sluggish. I don’t understand why every action needs a 5 second load screen. It’s such drag. Takes me like 10 minutes to navigate and order something. What trash

Ike’s app is easy to use and you can create pick-up orders with ease.

Ike’s is literally the best. However while the menu has so many amazing options, the ones on the app are limited, and don’t have a search or entry for some that are our favs, like the Hot Mama Hudda, even though they are listed on the website. Hope to see this fixed the next version!

I wanted to use my rewards for a free sandwich but I was not able since the reward did not appear. And I wasted an hour trying to put the reward in and it was pointless i had to wait to get support from the email. I decided to uninstall the app because the rewards system said that my account is locked. Honestly its sad but after this incident I would not spend money here.

Very clunky interface and user experience overall. Entering a credit card is a annoying with fields that get hidden behind input fields so you can’t see the zip you enter for example. Also good luck trying to apply a “reward” … after trying on multiple orders I gave up and assume it doesn’t work at all. I’ve also tried a promo in the past that was emailed to me on the same day and it never worked. I would suggest avoiding the app altogether.

Food is great but the app is horrible, rewards weren’t working coupons couldn’t be redeemed and the app just doesn’t load quickly

if you like sandwiches and go to ikes frequently, you need this app. Their deals and free sandwiches from time to time always make me want to keep coming back.

Love Ike’s. Actually went to high school with him at Mills HS in Millbrae. Great sandwiches as always!
