App stopped working!!
I used to love this app, from a month or so the app doesn’t open or launch. They released an update and it’s still the same. The page keeps showing the logo for hours.. how are they not aware of this?

We are not receiving any confirmation that the donation is done. No sms and nothing from the page it self. Before the update all was perfect. Please don’t spoil the app. We were depending on it.

البرنامج لا يعمل للاسف
نرجو تحديث البرنامج حيث انه لايعمل Application collapse,
التجاوب سيء
اختفت المعلومات حول الصدقات واختفت المبالغ التي من الممكن اختيارها ! كل شيء أبيض سوى اسم المؤسسة الخيرية ونوع الصدقة. مراجعة ثانية: لم يتم التجاوب مع الشكوى! ولكني توصلت للمشكلة وهي أن المعلومات تختفي عند وضع الإضاءة (display )على الدارك وترجع على اللايت.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل جميل
تجربه المستخدم سهله ، فكرة التنبيهات جميله ، اختيار الصور جدا موفق . واجهتني مشكلتين .. اذا عملت تنبيهين في نفس اليوم على فارق زمني بسيط .. دائما التنبيه الثاني لا ياخذني لمشروع التبرع عندما اتحول للبرنامج. و بيكون جميل اذا البرنامج يقدر يحفظ مزود الخدمه اللي عندي .. فما اعدل كل مره مزود الخدمه ، او ما اختار مشروع بس مزود خدمه ثاني يوفر التبرع من خلاله. بارك الله في جهودكم و جعله في ميزان حسناتكم

البرنامج ما يخليك تختار بين اي جهة الاتصالات مثل ( دو ولا اتصالات )

البرنامج معلق وكل دقيقه يخصم 🙂
شوفوا لي حل انا تبرعت تقريبا ٣ مرات اليوم والمسجات واصلتني تقريبا ٣٠ ولا ٤٠ مسج ع الخصم ، كل دقيقه يخصم البرنامج معلق شكله شوفوا له حل Not now
