## Ikon Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worthless App"
Our car salesman basically forced us to purchase this expensive IKon package. The app is terrible. Life360 proves to be much more useful!
-- TW3690, 2024-10-19

### *---- "Never refreshes"
I’ve had the app for about 4 years and for most of that time I could locate my vehicles about 75% of the time. In the last 6 months when I tap the refresh link it just spins and never updates the vehicle location so it’s useless at this point…unless I want to know where my car was 142 days ago.
-- This is $tupid, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Purchased a vehicle from the dealer. Forced to buy the tracker since it was already installed. The day we took possession, Ikon stopped tracking and indicated a low battery. Had no issues with the battery, but got it replaced with a new one. Had the module replaced with a new one. It is still indicating a low battery and is not tracking.
-- TopazUT, 2024-06-20

### **--- "Worthless"
Had it for a couple of days and there’s always a lag and doesn’t update. Just get a an Apple AirTag, it would be much cheaper and works better.
-- Finance Pro Mama, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Garbage forced on me"
This service and app is absolute trash. I never wanted it to begin with but when I bought a new car, the dealer would not take it off - something about how it was already installed. Whatever.

So, I have a three year contract with an app I don’t want for about $275 a year and I might as well try it out, right? Can’t locate my car, unable to set any sort of speed limit notifications, or do much of anything. I have ZERO confidence that this app would help if my car is stolen. If I could, I’d give this app a negative star rating.
-- Wolfman5150, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Hahaha! I can’t past the initial page!"
Before I can scroll to the bottom of the terms and conditions page it says it lost internet connection and the only option is to kill the app and try again! I’m not inclined to keep trying! I’m far too busy for such nonsense!
-- DogmanTex55, 2024-02-06

### *---- "Never works"
This app rarely provides vehicle location and is pretty much useless. Vehicle location will often indicate 7 days ago, and when trying to refresh just goes in circles.
-- hhudson26, 2024-01-30

### *---- "Not accurate"
Half the time it doesn’t even log my trips. And when I look at reporting for mileage and drive time, it’s way off because it hasn’t accounted for all of the locations I’ve been.
Why doesn’t it log all my trips??
-- AnnaBanana102100, 2024-01-29

### *---- "Not able to log in"
Keeps loading at the login page.
-- ivopsilva, 2023-09-27

### *---- "App not working"
This was installed in a car we bought and so we “had” to pay for this service. App was fine when installed. Hasn’t even been Two months and app is not working. Not recognizing my login?? What’s going on??
