### ***** "A fantastic week in Ikos Olivia"
We had a wonderful week and particularly wanted to highlight the exemplary service we encountered in all areas of the resort- spa, restaurants, pools, bars, car hire….. This is our sixth visit to an Ikos resort having previously stayed at Oceana, Dassia, Aria (twice) and Sami Beach. We’ve always had very enjoyable holidays in all of them, however, we think that Ikos Olivia is our favourite. The food and drink are of a very high standard. We also really enjoyed our day out using the Ikos car and appreciated the recommendations we received.
We would certainly recommend Ikos Olivia to all of our friends and family.

Really lovely 2 weeks - Roc at Central Pool really looked after us and was great.  Loved the Flamenco lesson and also dance with David.  Aqua sessions every day was a great cool off time whilst doing some sort of exercise!   Shame no watersports as this is still advised in the app / but none are available.  Can struggle a little to get a seat in Main Bar after dinner in the evening.  Liked the evening shows.  Coming back again very soon!

I have been three years running and every time has been wonderful even without going deluxe. The food is amazing, most restaurants could probably be Michelin star. Vibe is amazing everywhere. My perfect day would be buffet for breakfast fresco or sea grill for lunch and AZUL for dinner. Menus are better than last years.

This is our second stay with Ikos, we previously stayed in Corfu.  Crete has been wonderful, the staff are excellent and the restaurants are even better than Corfu.  The only change Crete needs to make is allowing guests to reserve restaurants prior to their arrival.  It’s been a great holiday and we will be booking with Ikos again.

### ***** "Just wonderful"
We have stayed for 10 nights deluxe (room 6214)in June this year and enjoyed the most wonderful time. Our last stay at Aria was in 2023 and the standards have remained as high as our first visit. 

The suite was spacious, well appointed with a beautiful garden terrace with partial sea view. It was at the very edge of the resort so there was some walking to the deluxe pool area but this was not a problem for us. 

The staff around the deluxe pool work incredibly hard and provide the highest standard of service. Great drinks delivered with warmth and generosity. 

Drinks and food throughout our stay have been consistently excellent with the highlight being the Provence restaurant.

I would also praise the staff in the Seasons bar. Extremely friendly without losing the professional edge. 

We have loved it. 

Just booked Kissomos for next year to give that a try next.

We have had a wonderful stay, had a couple issues with some ants (not the hotels fault!) and we were moved rooms
And given some champagne and spa voucher for the inconvenience. Food and drinks have been really good. The service is 5 star. Been utterly treated by all of the staff, who cannot do enough for you. Plenty of beds, plenty of options and the decor is stunning. Very quiet resort. Will definitely visit again

A week in Ikos in Dassia in May 2026.  Had the best experience. Fantastically placed well sized room, kept immaculate by the house keeping staff. Quality food and drink in abundance. The staff make the hotel special, all so welcoming and friendly. Every restaurant visited was a 10 out of 10. Would definitely revisit.

This is one of the best AI in Europe. Whatever the model it’s working. Great staff, so genuine, friendly, helpful. Food is superb, having gluten allergy being Ceoliac here means nothing, you’re getting the same experience as every other guest unlike other AI holidays. You don’t need to eat at Flavors (buffet) as being Ceoliac this can be quite stressful with cross contamination, as the other restaurants are soooo good you want to return to try another item on the menu. Watersports are fun and free with exception of boat trips & banana boat. The Concierge service meet your every need. In a nutshell our first time here and will certainly return as we have no negative comments to make about Ikos Oceania. Thanks Ikos Team 👏👏👏❤️

This app is pretty much a waste of time. We’re staying here currently and the app’s functionality is pretty much non-existent.

The menus are not up-to-date, so you arrive at the restaurant and find that the thing you wanted isn’t on there. Plus, instead of building in e-concierge and ordering for example room service and poolside snacks to this app, you have to scan a separate QR code in your room for room service and order with a waiter at the pool (and wait an INORDINATE amount of time for your drinks).

They could have done so much more with this app by building in that functionality but they just haven’t bothered and instead it’s basically just an ad for the various hotels’ features.
