Avoid queues at stations: buy your transport tickets from your iPhone!
The following tickets are available for purchase:
- t+ ticket booklets or individual t+ tickets
- Navigo daily, weekly, or monthly passes
- Special fares (Navigo Youth Weekend, Anti-pollution pass, etc.)
- Daily Vélib’ passes
Purchased tickets can then be (depending on the chosen purchasing path):
- Stored on the iPhone and validated directly at stations (from iPhone Xr and iOS 17.5)
- Loaded onto your Navigo pass (from an iPhone 7, with at least iOS 13. iPhone XR and XS are compatible starting from iOS 14.5)
For compatible tickets (individual t+ tickets or booklets, Navigo Day passes, special fares), no account is needed, and you can pay directly with Apple Pay!
You can prepare and plan your travels:
- Find nearby bus stops, train stations, and metro stations
- Search for real-time public transport routes, car-sharing, and bicycle routes
- Save upcoming trips in your phone’s calendar
- Check the next departures for your lines in real-time and all the timetable information
- View maps of public transport networks (accessible even offline)
- Follow pedestrian routes for walking segments
Stay informed and anticipate disruptions:
- Check your lines’ Twitter feed for real-time traffic updates
- Get alerts for disruptions on your favorite lines and routes
- Stay updated on the status of elevators in the stations you use
Customize your travel:
- Save your destinations (work, home, gym, etc.), stations, and stops as favorites
- Customize your profile (fast walker, with difficulties, reduced mobility, etc.)
- Select lines or stations to avoid
Prefer soft or alternative modes of transport:
- Book car-sharing and/or ride-sharing trips in partnership with leading providers
- Opt for bicycle routes for all your trips
- Rent a car or a van for a short period by choosing a Communauto car-sharing vehicle from a wide selection of stations around you and book it immediately for the duration of your choice.

Als toerist een ticket kopen
Laatst in parijs geweest met gezin en een easy navigo pas gekocht. Veel fijner dan die kleine losse kaartjes en ook duurzamer. Zojuist de app geïnstalleerd en voor ons volgende bezoek avast 4 kaartjes gekocht via app en apple pay. Scheelt in de rij staan. Top!
App voor fysieke pas
Met de app kan je een fysieke kaart opladen… leuk, maar waarom kun je er geen digitale kaart mee kopen en toevoegen aan je wallet? Je moet dus eerst naar een metrostation een kaart halen, voor je de bus kan pakken. Kortom, waardeloze app.
Uitlezen kaart werkt niet
Nieuwe kaart uit automaat gekocht met 10 ritten.
De app leest echter 0 tickets. Ik durf dus niet met deze app iets te kopen. Andere app van SNCF leest deze navigo kaart wel goed.
Wat een vooruitgang
Je kunt nu jouw kaartjes op jouw telefoon kopen en op jouw navigopas met jouw telefoon uploaden. Ik zal de eindeloze rijen voor de loketten in Parijs niet missen.
Full of errors
Bought 3 Navigo cards. Created an account. And used the app to add tickets to the card. Used bank account, Apple Pay and credit card. All generated errors and tickets weren't added to the respective cards. However accounts were debited with the amounts. After buying and loading tickets at the train station (with no English support), we could use the cards. However, when reading the cards with the app, it told us there was no balance on the card. And after using 5 of the 10 bought tickets, the physical card also stopped: no balance. An email didn't help: you will only be helped when you send it in French...😄. Paris will create an enormous chaos with the public transport next year with the Olympics...
