Purchase a digital ticket, recharge your Navigo pass, search for routes including trains, RERs, metros, trams, buses, coaches, bicycles, Vélib', car-sharing, or car rentals. Avoid queues at stations: buy your transport tickets from your iPhone!
The following tickets are available for purchase:
- t+ ticket booklets or individual t+ tickets
- Navigo daily, weekly, or monthly passes
- Special fares (Navigo Youth Weekend, Anti-pollution pass, etc.)
- Daily Vélib’ passes
Purchased tickets can then be (depending on the chosen purchasing path):
- Stored on the iPhone and validated directly at stations (from iPhone Xr and iOS 17.5)
- Loaded onto your Navigo pass (from an iPhone 7, with at least iOS 13. iPhone XR and XS are compatible starting from iOS 14.5)
For compatible tickets (individual t+ tickets or booklets, Navigo Day passes, special fares), no account is needed, and you can pay directly with Apple Pay!
You can prepare and plan your travels:
- Find nearby bus stops, train stations, and metro stations
- Search for real-time public transport routes, car-sharing, and bicycle routes
- Save upcoming trips in your phone’s calendar
- Check the next departures for your lines in real-time and all the timetable information
- View maps of public transport networks (accessible even offline)
- Follow pedestrian routes for walking segments
Stay informed and anticipate disruptions:
- Check your lines’ Twitter feed for real-time traffic updates
- Get alerts for disruptions on your favorite lines and routes
- Stay updated on the status of elevators in the stations you use
Customize your travel:
- Save your destinations (work, home, gym, etc.), stations, and stops as favorites
- Customize your profile (fast walker, with difficulties, reduced mobility, etc.)
- Select lines or stations to avoid
Prefer soft or alternative modes of transport:
- Book car-sharing and/or ride-sharing trips in partnership with leading providers
- Opt for bicycle routes for all your trips
- Rent a car or a van for a short period by choosing a Communauto car-sharing vehicle from a wide selection of stations around you and book it immediately for the duration of your choice.

Invalid Tickets Causing Entry Issues at Tube Stations
I purchased three tickets through App, fully expecting a smooth and hassle-free journey. Unfortunately, none of these tickets were valid, and I was unable to gain entry. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since I had paid in advance and relied on your service for my transportation needs.
Possibly the most useless transport app EVER?
Incompatible with iOS in 2024?! And the world is concerned about the transport system for the olympics… no idea why!! All the other review comments listed previously are still valid, seemingly the developers here have not improved the app within the past year: the app takes money from your card and states it hasn’t. Blatant Theft. It doesn’t work on iOS (Still 🙄) There’s no indication of how to actually purchase the Navigo card. Why this cannot be virtual instead of physical, I have no idea. You cannot use the app without the Navigo card so utterly useless. Would give zero stars if I could.
Can’t use it to buy a single ticket to the airport
Ridiculous! Surely one of the major places people will want to travel and only other alternative is spending twice the price on an all day travel ticket or queueing for 30 plus minutes for a paper ticket machine that may or may not be working. What a disaster.
Impossible to buy RER ticket
Not sure why there is no way in buy a point to point RER ticket within île de France using the mobile app, I have to stand in a very long queue to buy a paper ticket

Only supports iOS 17.5
Nightmare of an app
Set-up UI is hopeless, ping-pong between the app and a mobile web page. Constant change of language at random steps in the ticketing process / faq’s. Looks like 3 different teams designed this without ever speaking to each other. If you’re going to Paris for the Olympics stick to buying tickets at the stations.
Pass navigo on wallet does not include RER
Pass navigo on wallet does not include RER. A lot of Olympics games venue are only available on RER. Do you expect us to queue at the machine for physical tickets? Anyone in IDF mobility has travelled to London or Asia recently?

Big hat no cattle
The App promises a lot but doesn’t deliver. It took €8.65 from me on the promise of charging up my Navigo easy pass. It claimed that touching my card to my phone would charge it. But it didn’t. It claimed that it did not recognise my card (but previously it claimed to have read it.) Bottom line it’s taken an involuntary donation. Be warned - smoke, mirrors and THEFT
