Wir nutzen seit Jahren ilert und sind sehr zufrieden. Die App wird kontinuierlich verbessert und bietet alles was man für die Rufbereitschaft benötigt. 

Insbesondere die Möglichkeit, den On-call Status in der Navigation zu sehen ist sehr hilfreich. Darüber hinaus unterstützt die App auch kritische Alarme, sodass ilert uns trotz Ruhemodus über wichtige Alarme informiert. 

Der Support ist sehr responsiv und geht auf unsere Wünsche ein.

### ***** "Unkomplizierte Alarmannahme, sehr gute Übersicht"
Wir nutzen iLert in Kombination mit Alarmierung aufgrund von Daten von Check_MK und E-Mails. Dies klappt reibungslos. Auch die App ist super übersichtlich und einfach bedienbar. So lassen sich Alarme auch über die Apple Watch annehmen. Seit einem der letzten Updates wird man zudem per Push-Notification informiert wenn ein Alarm behoben ist.

Finde die Lösung einfach genial. Natürlich muss man einen Account haben, bevor man die App nutzen kann aber wer sich nicht mit Alert Notifications auskennt, sollte auch nichts posten. Der Mehrwert ist klar vorhanden und das Team reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell, daher klare Empfehlung!

Ich find s ne Frechheit sich damit zu rühmen dass man GRATIS einen Account erstellen kann, aber nicht dazu zu schreiben dass er nach nem Monat richtig Geld kostet. Wenn ihr damit Asche verdienen wollt ist das verständlich, aber dann schreibt's auch klar hier rein, spart mir und anderen die Zeit die App runter zu Laden um sie dann gleich wieder zu löschen.
