I rented a van while in IL and cannot crack this awful app to pay them. Please just let me enter my plates and pay the tolls. What on earth is all of of this.

I have been trying to manage my account for a while now! I was charged fees because the app is not allowing me to update payment or speak to someone who can help!!! Once again I have a balance due and it won’t allow me to add new card, update payment or contact someone who can help

I have the app-got a ticket , but it never showed up in my app.

It is taking a whole lot of time to just add a credit card to the account

Signed up to pay by plate, entered my vehicle and it never generates a bill. I got a bill by mail many months after my trip.

This is the 4th time I’m trying to get my cc to make payments and still don’t work.

This app is so confusing and not clear at all I honestly don’t know how to use I tried to go to customer service and the tollls no one wanted to help or no one was available this feels like fraud asking for a payment and wait 14 days when that’s the time frame makes no sense if I just went there I should be able to see where I went and all the tolls should be there at least next day on the app or in mail in order to pay properly like what kind of fraud/trap is this. To make more money I assume! This app and who ever is running it should be ashamed and do better!

I keep getting asked to add a payment method and that I don’t have one on file. But when I do, I get a message that my payment method is on file.
