Not sure if this is a camera issue, but I can’t remote shooting anymore since firmware 1.91. Amazing how the firmware got released without internal testing, as the major function is completely broken.
App is terrible, outdated, and frustrating to use. I am shocked at how ugly the interface is and how long it takes to connect. Your experience on the app is different each time- sometimes it will work and others takes 10 min to connect. Ricoh should be embarrassed that this is the app they are pushing with their cameras. -10/5 stars do not get this app.
Used to work, but no longer since firmware updates
Not compatible with Pentax K-70. Locks up all the time.
I use the app regularly. Connection has been flakey through a few of the previous updates. User tip: With iPhone 13 I have had to put my phone into airplane mode, turn on wifi to connect.
Constantly crashes. After a few photo downloads it say there is not enough storage even though there is 10+gigs of hard drive space... FIX THE APP!!!!!!!
Before recent update, my phone and camera connection was just fine, but i can’t connect to my camera with my phone? I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. If this issue’s gone, i don’t have any problem with the app. Sure it’s not super fast and intuitive, but it serves your quick needs. Keep up the good work!
This app needs improvements. Using timed remote shutter would be great. Otherwise every single photo of yourself with you or others you have your phone in your hand and HAVE to press the button. Would be nice to press the button and put your phone in your pocket. Please update!
GPS location is not reliable and inaccurate Time and date inaccurate and buggy Guys don’t send out updates with functions if there not flawless. OMG. The whole interface with Bluetooth and wireless is bad. Connection process is really bad and not intuitive. I don’t understand why we need to see device images on iPhone? Why? And photos are blurred! Keep it simple. My Nikon Z6 with SnapBridge works way way much better.
Transfer to iPhone can only occur if the app is open. You have to sit there and wait... Useless
