Really? Is this a joke or what? It must be the most complicate app I ever tryed to use.

I am an unfortunate user of this app since a few years. What I want: Quick download to mobile of lower resolution images What I get: Extremely slow and cumbersome download of image-by-image where I have to sit through 3 minutes per image download where I have to repeatedly touch the screen since the download fails if the phone screen saver goes on. The app crashed when I just used it. The images are full-size, almost 20MB, with no option to transfer lower-res versions. The app has had the same major flaws for many years now, so don’t expect ROCOH/Pentax to fix it. Note: I also use Canon and Sony, and their apps provide quick hassle-free downloads and good usability, as you would expect.

I can’t download videos. But I can download photos. I’m on iOS 12.1.2.

It's too tedious to sync images from the camera to the phone, but it works after a bit testing and swearing. Some functions are just unnecessary - like: showing photos taken with the phone and saving photos in "Application". It would be nice with these simple steps; select photos and transfer to a pre-specified gallery in Photos app. No circle menus or strange options. Nice to have: Filter image type (JPG/RAW/Video), Select all new photos after last sync, Geotag photos before transfer.

PENTAX k-70を使用しています。 画像の転送スピードに関しては不満ありません。 ただ、スポーツシーンにて連写を用いて撮影するので画像がどうしても多くなります。 500枚の画像があったとして、500回タップして選択しないといけないので、かなり手間がかかります。 1枚ずついちいちタップして選択するのではなく、スワイプなどで一気に選択できるようにすると結構、助かります。

もうだいぶ長く使ってますが、今まで私の環境ではこれといった不具合は生じてません。 K-1 MkIIとiPhone SE3(iOS 17.5)による動作状況は良好です。

他の方のレビューを読むとなかなか厳しい内容が多いですが、接続方法がうまく伝わっていないのかもしれませんね。接続しやすいですし安定しています。何も問題なく便利な道具だと思います。

2024年の4月に突如、iPhoneとの無線LAN接続ができなくなりました。 いろいろカメラの設定やiPhoneの設定を変えたり、アプリをダウンロードしなおしても解決せず。 ネットで調べたところ、カメラ側のバージョンが最新になっていなかったので、それを最新にすると直ったという情報があったので試してみたら、無事接続できるようになりました。 突如接続できなくなったのも、カメラ側のアップデートが原因だったようです。 そのような情報はユーザーに共有してほしいのですが、公式からは見つけられなかったので不満が残ります。 カメラのアップデート方法については「gr3x アップデート」と調べると公式ホームページの下の方にダウンロード先とやり方が載ってる（これも若干見つけづらい）ので、そちらを参考にしてください。

一回は繋がったものの毎回本体が近くにありませんなどなんだので毎回毎回時間を取られます 早く改善していただきたい
