No me funciona con mi iPad

He comprado un microscopio Euromex Bscope y una cámara CMEX5_WIFI y la aplicación instalada en mi iPad no encuentra la cámara. Y necesito solucionarlo ¿alguna idea? I have bought an Euromex Bscope microscope and a CMEX5_WIFI camera and the application installed on my iPad cannot find the camera. And I need to fix it, any ideas?
