A STRAIGHT UP SCAM—STAY AWAY
The conduct of Imagine AI has been deeply troubling and unacceptable. Marketed falsely as "Midjourney" on Google search results, this company has exploited individuals seeking to learn about AI art, breaching global competition laws through deceptive advertising. This not only duped me into an unwarranted purchase but also seriously jeopardizes the ethical standing of Imagine AI. As a consumer, I am outraged and feel profoundly deceived. Upon requesting a full refund of $67.20, Imagine AI had the temerity to engage in unacceptable bargaining tactics, initially offering a mere $45 refund despite their clear misconduct. When I firmly demanded the full amount, they conceded to a $50 refund, implicitly acknowledging the legitimacy of my grievance by referring to my case as "strong." Yet, they have failed to follow through even on this compromised refund, which remains unpaid beyond the promised timeframe of 5-10 banking days. I urge all potential customers to steer clear of Imagine AI. Their practices not only undermine consumer trust but also flout legal standards. This is not just poor business—it is a calculated scam.
