I’ve logged out and in numerous times. Do love the app but this is frustrating. -- Mel.Min, 2024-09-14 ### *---- "Rewards disappeared!! NO RESPONSE!!! Balance still 0!" Used this for the first time. Deposited two bags of goods ! I’m back to do another bag and notice my credit balance and goods recycled on 0! So what’s going on here? Such an incredible idea, brilliant incentive but if issues with “rewards” then what’s the point? I would rather then give the goods to the street recyclers which is what we did before. -- The Other Hoff, 2024-08-29 ### **--- "App has bugs" The app is dysfunctional frequently resulting that one cannot scan barcodes to check if a product is acceptable. Also, many packaging materials can be recycled, but the RVM does not accept same. Great idea though! -- Christi&n, 2024-08-26 ### **--- "Records Disappeared" This app was working beautifully and now none of my records are showing? I deleted the app and re-installed and still the same? What happened to my records? How do I recover them? -- li fol, 2024-08-13 ### **--- "App" I tried depositing a few bottles yesterday however it does not reflect on the app? Why is this so -- Leston09, 2024-08-10 ### **--- "RVM’s off" I’ve written in FB, and I have no idea how else to contact support or the company. Many of your RVM’s are completely switched off. They don’t work. I have 5 black bags of bottles I need to ♻️ recycle. I don’t know what else to do -- Miss Lolly G, 2024-07-02 ### **--- "App does not work" Continuously shows null when trying to log in. Does not seem to feed any data through -- Werner996, 2024-07-01 ### *---- "Cannot log in" Shows all my details as incorrect, so I am done, machines constantly offline at Shell Blomtuin -- Ilze101, 2024-03-24 ### *---- "App and service so poor" The app keeps telling me I need a new password. When I reset the password with OTP I am told I am not registered. What is going in with this company? If the kiosks aren’t offline then the app does not work. We are just trying to be responsible humans and the tech is filing us. Get sorted. -- cmbb_hdhunt, 2023-08-28 ### *---- "Garbage." Can’t even create a profile since they never send OTP. Judging by there being no response from them here, I think this is dead in the water. -- Lykiska, 2023-07-23 [View all Imagined Earth reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Imagined Earth Discovered Keywords - rewards - recycle ## Imagined Earth Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/imagined-earth-QRLc/south-africa) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/imagined-earth-QRLc/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/imagined-earth-QRLc/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
