Outfits

So disappointed in this app and buying experiences. I have patiently waited to 10 am to purchase something and wondering how is it sold out at 10:01 am .. Then I dislike how there isn’t a 360 view of ALL the outfits when displaying . Plus I dislike the No refund or exchange policy . But I gave it a chance . As I have brought something that was tight around my next and couldn’t fasten.. So I decided to keep and place in my give to Goodwill pile .. so unfortunately I’m done with the site . Best wishes and continue to flourish .

App good, customer service bad

The app is amazing. Very easy to navigate. The customer service is horrible. The app says shipping 5-7 business days so the owner thinks that includes the time of handling as well and states that she has 5-7 business days to ship. I believe she does not know the difference between handling and shipping and was very condescending about it. She lost a customer but given her attitude I don’t think she cares. It’s a good thing that her boutique isn’t the only boutique that sells the exact same clothing.
