## IMB Bank Mobile Banking Description
The IMB Bank App provides a smarter, simpler, more secure way to do your online banking. Future-facing and feature-packed, it comes with biometric ID, secure in-app messaging, easy payment manager, pay bills with BPAY®, real-time payments in-app, multi-sign transaction security, instant service updates, loan redraws from your phone*, card management, alert management, personal details updates and eStatements. 

Fast, secure log in  
Face ID and Touch ID for easier, faster, and more secure log in. You’ll find it hard to keep your eyes off, or your fingers. 

Message us within the app 
We’ll respond without you needing to stay logged in. With push notifications enabled in the app, you’ll be notified when we respond. 

Set up new payees  
Set up and authorise payments in-app, including two-to-sign transactions. Payment requests flash up on your payment home screen, so you never miss an alert. You’re in charge. 

Secure payment management from your mobile  
For businesses or accounts that need multi-person authorisations. Set up and authorise payees and payments in the app for faster, easier payment management on the go. 
 
Name your accounts as you please in the app  
To help you manage your finances at a glance. 

Set up Pay IDs  
Get organised using your phone number or email address linked to your nominated account. Now you can pay, or be paid, in seconds. Easy. 

Instant service updates  
Stay up to date with scam alerts, service messages and important updates delivered directly to your app. 

Redraw on your loan 
If you have a loan with a redraw facility, you can redraw on your loan, free in the app*. So, when you need to, you can move, fast.

If you misplace or lose your card, simply place it on hold or cancel it in seconds

To register your device for the IMB Bank Mobile Banking App, you’ll need to be registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). 
 
IMB Bank Members not registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2FA should visit imb.com.au or call us on 1300 123 164. First time Internet Banking users will need to log on to Internet Banking at least once before using the app. 

When first registering for the Mobile Banking App, you will be asked to provide your usual Internet Banking login details. You will then be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile number via SMS. You will need to enter this code to set up your secure 4-digit App PIN. Once your 4-digit App PIN is set up, this is all you will need to log in to the Mobile Banking App. Your App PIN can be changed at any time from within the Mobile Banking App.
