How can we not love IMDb. What’s amazing is that we take it for granted. Thanks IMDb for keeping track of the collective works of so many artists and artisans, and for making it available to the public… to settle every dinner time argument about “who was that actor/tress in…..”. Respect.

Unlike web, there’s no option to filter ratings by country, which is a huge miss.

How user unfriendly can they make it? Navigating this thing is a pain. And now they want you to sign in. DELETED.

Great database for movies and shows. Sadly, both its website and app do not do justice to its popularity. I thought the app would be a step forward, but somehow it feels clunkier than the website with all those overwhelming presence of ads, meaningless layout, difficult navigation. It takes so many hoops to add movies to my “To Watch” list, for example. It is obvious that the company needs a shakeup as it relies too much on its legacy popularity.

Sneaky ads are not. Unsubscribing from this company's emails does nada, but I'm Canadian and can't sue/whine.

They moved the search bar to the middle of Home Screen and put an ad at the top where the search bar typically is (in white rectangle shape). Uninstalled now. Thx.
