It’s really disappointing that that standard these days is to bombard you with adds. It used to be that if you clicked on a film and swiped on the photos at the top it would show you stills from the movie you were on but now it will go straight to a trailer/advert that’s unstoppable. What’s worse is that you can’t even scroll away from it. Instead it just follows you where ever you go around the page blocking the content you’re actually trying to see. It’s sad to see really that apps will do whatever they can to lock you in to seeing adverts over the content you came for.

Not sure what they have done to app but is really glitchy and keeps jumping all over the page. Never happened before and doesn’t happen with any other apps on my phone so not sure what they have done

As other reviews have mentioned, the app has become a pain to use. It’s almost impossible to scroll without accidentally opening another page.

This is getting slower and slower by the week, stopped using this since around 2022, moved over to Rotten Tomatoes

Recently IMDb app has been very buggy, every time I try and look at something the loading screen doesn’t load and I need to restart the app

At one time, many years ago, possibly before Amazon consumed it, IMDB corrected the spelling and words (eg. From theater to cinema) to proper English but it has since reverted back to american.

Please fix Every time I try to play landscape trailer it switches back to portrait and plays an advert for IMDB It’s totally unusable!!!! Fix it please

I’ve been using this for years and years. It helps me to find reviews, cast members and adjacent information easily. The only annoying thing is the looong adverts before the videos. Otherwise, great little app.

I enjoyed the movie immensely. Great script great acting 🎭 Simply the best.
