Buggy App
I love the service, but the app is horrible. Only can see the pictures in the album initially and then as soon as you scrollit goes to showing only one preview. Only works on the browser. This has been the case for years. Come on, iMemories. Fix this.
Does not work as stated
Overall I’m happy with the quality of the videos they created but the organization and app is not as easy as it could be. I wish we could label the individual clips within one album to help with organization. Also the app does not automatically sync with your photos or videos from your phone like it says it does. Would I be great to have all my. Ideas in one place which is what I thought I was paying for when I subscribed to the annual storage plan. Google photos has much better organization.
Broken
I haven’t been able to access your site unless I go directly through imemories.com . The app is broken, so I will pay to get my videos out in physical form and will have to go. I have been a loyal subscriber for many years. It’s too bad, I even put up with the amazing slow upload time.
Terrible
This app is slow, constantly is pausing my videos and making me start the whole video over!!
Very pleased
I sent in three 8mm videos from a camcorder I used 20 years ago. Although not every video is crystal clear, I figure it’s because of the age of these cassette tapes. It makes me happy to view my son and daughter when they were babies and toddlers. Many prior 1 star reviews are over 3 years old and I believe iMemories have made improvements.
Took my money and failed to deliver the service
I requested a refund which they refused to give me. I had the app one day. It didn’t work. I couldn’t upload videos which was something they advertised, and they kept my money. The correct thing for them to do was to return my money since they failed to deliver the product they advertised. Buyer Beware!!!
App Does Not Work
The App does not work at all. It simply crashes immediately when opened. The website works a little, but only if you never wish to delete note than one file at a time, or god forbid a whole album. The site will just freeze and that’s that.

Help! Trying to use my existing app I have and have to go directly to website. Want to upload pictures but cannot.
Great service; Horrible app
Come on guys. Pay someone to update the app so it doesn’t crash every time.
