I’m using this app through out IVF clinic and it won’t even allow me to sign in or type in any of the field boxes on the home page. Please fix asap!

iMineIVF is available to patients treated at clinics/hospitals using BabySentry ART Management System.
The app provides fertility treatment patients the tool to be up to date, by synchronizing phone calendars with instructions or prescriptions from the point of care.
Patients may now track every change made to their treatment and receive instructions/medications posted:
1- Download the iMineIVF smartphone app from the App stores.
2- Login using assigned Clinic ID, DOB | Password and Site of treatment.
Improved security with 2-Factor Authentication and Biometric Enrollments.
3- Review Pre-Cycle, Plan, Medications, Documents.
4- Select the instructions/medications to sync on the phone calendar.
5- Chat for Q&A with the clinic team.
iMineIVF contents are actively updated by your clinic:
- An initial list of items from your healthcare provider is available prior to the start of treatment.
- For cycling patient, clinic staff may draft a treatment plan and update you with corresponding instructions.
- Dated items may be visualized and synced to the phone calendar.
- Unread documents will be marked in red.
- Selected documents may be shared with social media platforms.
- Clinic staff will be notified of any ‘read receipt’ when items are viewed on your phone app.

All the placeholder fields do not work
Does not sync
This app does not sync with my calendar. I do not receive any notifications when things have been added or updated. For someone using this app for IVF you would think that being informed and updated in real time would be as important to the people who created the app as the people using it. This is not a good app to be using
App Crashes
The app crashes before I can scroll to the bottom. Impossible to view vital information from the doctor. This needs a fix asap.

I am unable to consistently access my information. My app crashes each time I open it. This is problematic for a paid app and the fact that it holds critical information

My clinic gives me medication updates, but in order to receive any of them, I have to fully delete the app and re-install. Can’t imagine why anyone would choose this app, it’s a buggy version of a shared note.

Enjoy a newly revised design for faster and secure login???The app literally doesn’t allow to login at all! I’ve visited my clinic a few times already requesting correct and updated login information. But the app is still showing that the credentials are invalid. For what did I pay for?
New version of app suddenly closes
When scrolling through the Plan Section of the app, before I get to the bottom or last note, the app suddenly closes. Please fix. I need to see the latest plan note from the doctor.
Delayed updates and notifications
I have been using this app for almost a year now and it has caused nothing but problems. I do not get any notifications, despite having all notifications enabled. I manually refresh the app many times daily, but the new appointments often don’t come through until hours or even days AFTER appointment time. It also syncs the wrong time to my ical, when it syncs at all (e.g. synced a 9AM appointment at noon, 3 hours after the appointment had occurred). I had these issue while using my old iPhone 8 and continue to have them on my new iPhone 12. Last cycle, the timed intercourse notification was two days late and this cycle, I missed my ovulation date because of delayed appointment notifications. Incredibly frustrating. This is the worst medical app I have ever used.
