## Imlockbox Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Server no longer functional."
No website, no server, no app function. This company must be out of business. Very disappointing as I’m trying to setup a brand new lock that I bought a while back, but haven’t used yet.
-- dunaih, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Server can’t be found"
I’m unable to log into my account and open my lockbox. Can’t even log into support for help. Error massages stating the server cannot be found.
-- Summer_Love86, 2025-03-13

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK WOTH IPHONE"
This app does not work with iPhone.
-- JonNena, 2024-03-17

### *---- "Great looking paperweight"
The app doesn’t work. Period.
-- Elleneedstowork, 2022-04-22

### *---- "Neat Hardware but This App is Bad"
The hardware box is designed well and built like a tank. This app is horrible however.

I have been trying to figure out for three days how to add a temporary user and grant them access for a few days.

There is an “access by time” feature, but it requires an unnamed user to enter a different password every day (24 hour period).

There are icons that do nothing and some of the error wi does come up in Chinese.

Had I k own how poor this application was, I would not have purchased the hardware.
-- btakac, 2022-02-13

### *---- "Unable to register using app"
Hoping to get help from support, cannot get SMS to my iPhone, so I am unable to register / use app / use lockbox.
-- MoneyTrain12, 2021-11-23

### ****- "Could use some polish"
Overall the product worked. It didn’t need a manual or fancy instructions. Could really use a native English UI/UX member on the project, to clean up the phrasing, fonts, and work flow.
-- gregtaisto, 2021-11-18

### *---- "SMS system"
I cannot get any sms through this system so I couldn’t setup.
