Incredibly useless search
No way to search. No distance to sea, no sqm size, no way to filter for terrace or sea view, draw area is always too large for the app to handle, not any filter at all to sort results so the app is completley useless.

C’è una finta agenzia che mette falsi annunci in provincia di Lucca… non l’avete ancora buttata fuori!! Siete d’accordo con loro? Mettono falsi annunci… te le chiami, perché sei un cerca di una casa. e loro ti danno appuntamento nel loro ufficio. Ti rechi da loro e quell’annuncio è già stato preso da un altro cliente avanti a te… mannaggia…ma non ci sono problemi! Con €250 vi cercano una casa /appartamento simile a quello… poi per 30 gg non senti nulla… Non l’hanno ancora trovato… però per altri €250 continuano a cercare per voi x altri 30 gg… e via così…. Non ci si può fidare più di nessuno

Migliorabile qualche aspetto
L’applicazione è fluida ed intuitiva, il problema è che non c’è una regola per gli inserzionisti che imponga l’aggiornamento degli annunci. Di otto annunci contattati tutti e otto già venduti o non più disponibili, ma il colmo è che ho trovato un annuncio del 2013 e siamo nel 2024!!! Allora perché non introdurre una regola, magari affidandosi alla AI, dove dopo un tot di giorni se l’annuncio non viene riconfermato dall’inserzionista questo viene automaticamente cancellato? Si eviterebbero perdite di tempo per gli utenti e ne guadagnerebbe l’applicazione in termini di affidabilità riguardo la veridicità degli annunci. Sto continuando a cercare casa, ma ahimè, non mi affido a questa applicazione dopo le ultime esperienze.
