Ich habe zwei Monaten bezahlt. Sie haben mein Konto gesperrt und haben mir Rechnungen geschickt. Ich habe receipts and video bereitgestellt, die bestätigen Zahlungen. Aber sie fordern, per IBAN Überweisung zu machen. Das heißt, muss ich doppelt bezahlen. Was für eine Unordnung!

The quality of the app is very low. As well as the terms of the subscription (I will never use your plus subscription again). So, minuses: 1. No renewal of transcription notification: you pay for a two-month subscription, and after that they debit the money from the bank account without any notification about it (by mail, in the application - never, I found out about the debit from my banking app. And after I hardly canceled subscription through a computer (it is impossible to do this through the app, I tried to do this several times before the renewal of transcription), I received a letter of cancellation of my transcription and only after that I received a letter about debiting my money. So you will know about debiting your money only after it and with delay. If you had notified me about renewal of subscription I wouldn’t have had any claim, but now I have a lot (!). 2. It is impossible to work in the English version of the application: you cannot update information about yourself (information is not saved after "saving"). 3. It is impossible to unsubscribe through the English version of the application: if you try, you will be redirected to the official copy of the site in German - and, moreover, only to the main page (!). How can you find cancellation information if you don't know German? But that's just your problem. I tried to cancel several times and was only able to do it on the computer and after they charged my money again. As I understand it, a two-month subscription is an endless subscription if you do not have access to a computer and do not know German. In general, the subscription must be canceled much in advance, or rather immediately upon registration - you can’t delay it, because otherwise you will forget about it, no one will remind you of it and will quietly write off money for full life. As a result, I lost 90 euros and didn’t found an apartment though this app. My rating is not 1 out of 5, but 1 out of 1000000. The worst app in my life, unfortunately.

Hello ImmoScout team! Back in November 2023 I’ve registered at ImmoScout24 and paid for SCHUFA with 1-month probation subscription without auto-prolongation. See the receipt attached. In the middle of December I’ve found an apartment, switched off ImmoScout24 notifications in the app as those weren’t relevant anymore as deal was done. Now I see all these messages from you in spam folder and can’t open ImmoScout24 account to check subscription settings or anything as it was blocked Can you please explain why do I owe you something additional? The receipts from you don’t give me a clue unfortunately I’m very surprised with such a service when instead of reaching out by phone or other communication methods the Company starts putting fees and threatens to sue It looks like they subscribe you for a monthly fee and hope that after you find your apartment they’ll charge you x10 from what you’ve paid initially

Tried hard to change the language to English - couldn’t find how to do it

Irgendetwas stimmte nicht damit, dass sie meine Karte belasteten, was anfangs gut funktionierte, sodass sie keine zwei Zahlungen erhielten. Sie forderten eine Zahlung von mir und sperrten ein Konto mit einer einfachen Überfälligkeit von 2 Monaten aufgrund ihres Verschuldens. Ich fand die Briefe, als ich sie in 3 Monaten in die Wohnung zurückbrachte, und ich hatte eine Inkassorechnung. Als ich gefragt habe, warum ich belastet werde, erhöhen sie die Rechnung in der Zeit einfach auf über 100 €. Gummis! mögen die bald pleite gehen! there was something wrong with them charging my card, which initially worked fine, so they didn’t receive two payments. They claimed me a payment and blocked an account of simple 2 month overdue due to their fault, i found the letters when retuned to the apartment in 3 months and i had a collectors bill. when i have asked why am i charged, them just increase the bill in the times to over 100€. rubbers! may the get bankrupt soonest!

Год назад встал вопрос переезда и это приложение оказалось лучшим. Нашли отличный вариант в Ахене. Ездили на просмотры раз 6. Очень удобная форма обращения, всё через приложение, никаких заморочек.

Keine wahre Daten bei PlusMitgliedschaft. Es kostet tatsächlich 29,95€ TAGLICH!!! Es gibt keine richtige Möglichkeit diese PlusMitgliedschaft zu kündigen.
