A terrible, terrible app. Signing up for the premium service was awful, I don’t think it is supposed to be a scam, but the English language version is so badly designed that effectively scam you off your money. I’m not even sure I can cancel the recurring payment. I may have to cancel my card altogether. Stay away.
The app works decent. But the immoscout service provides almost nothing, for so much money. They are quick to get your bank details but once you’ve paid you don’t really receive much. I feel like immoscout preys on people desperate to find somewhere but for me this app was completely useless. I don’t normally write reviews but immoscout is really garbage. 0 stars
This app does what it says on the tin. However, it is not bug free and misses a few functions that would improve it significantly. * Message communications within the app are clunky. Don’t expect to be able to switch focus to, say, your calendar while drafting a response without loosing your entire draft. You effectively need to work in parallel on two devices to do this. (The website is better, but then again, it prompts you for login codes.) * A feedback to the developer function is missing. I would have happily provided the above. * If you have several searches active - your results are presented without reference to which search produced the hit.
Terrible customer support. Do not subscribe to their plus service!!! They don’t let you cancel it again and charge you even if you don’t use the services!
This was previously one of the best apps for German property. However, now the app is demanding an update which is not compatible with my older device. Unless I update which is impossible it now won’t let me sign-in, so it’s impossible to save any favourite properties. Was great, now crap!
Ich habe versucht diesen Vertrag zu kündigen da er überhaupt nichts bringt oder tut, ich lebe im Ausland außerdem wollte ich das für Mietwohnungen und nicht zum Hauskauf, es war total falsch in einer derer Reklame/Advert angegeben, am besten total vermeiden
I stopped using ImmoScout about 2 months ago and had previously signed up for a subscription. I received a letter to my address from a LAWYER that demanded I pay 130€ (that’s a fine of 80€ on top of the 50€ I apparently owed them). This came as a result of cancelling my subscription accidentally by changing the App Store region. I received no emails from them complaining about the “missing” payments, aside from this letter. And of course.. their “24 hour helpline” doesn’t work on the weekends.
I loved the app but the google translation option button is gone now with a new version. Very sad.
The app is ok but for the brutal price they ask for a plus membership, there are simply to many errors. One is that I can’t save my searches and I can’t reply to messages. Fix please
We recently applied for a house for rent but it was a scam. They now have access to a lot of our sensitive information. Be highly careful which properties you apply for- if they seem a bit low in rent than it’s a good sign that it might not be authentic.
