I am going to highlight the issues I am facing with this app: 1. The login screen is slow 2. The information is inconsistent between the web version and the app. To me the app is just another interface to see what’s already in the bank records. 3. To scan a QR code for making an UPI payment, I have to navigate 4 different screens. UPI is supposed to be quicker. I don’t understand why there is a pop up every single time to say that users from some foreign countries can register for UPI. I don’t like this pop up while making a payment. As I said payment is supposed to be quick. 4. The UPI payment screen is very unstable. The app crashes sometimes while scanning the QR code. It is very embarrassing while making a payment to a merchant. Did you guys do a test before releasing this app to public?
