This is giving me useful insights on how my mood changes over time. The only thing I am not happy about this app is the color coding used for the moods. It would make more sense for red to mean bad moods, and blue or green for great moods.

Um ótimo aplicativo para quem tem muitas variações de humor. Ajuda a monitorar as variações para descobrir as causas. Recomendo muito para quem tem transtorno bipolar, por exemplo, ou para quem tem muitos episódios de nervoso, tristeza, agitação e insônia. Gente, gosto muito desse aplicativo e super recomendo, por dia eu coloco meu humor pelo menos 4 vezes nele, e percebi nas coisas, lugares e pessoas que eu mais me sinto feliz ou me irrito, vi também que meu humor oscila demais e como eu sou muito esquecido sempre que eu quero saber o que eu fiz semana passada ou com quem eu briguei eu recorro a ele hahahahahaha, amo o fato de poder colocar senha e nenhum bisbilhoteiro ler nosso "diário" Muita gente acha estranho essa minha intensa relação com o celular, que sabe como eu me sinto, se to depressivo ou animado e decide as coisas por mim(outro app), mas eu acho legal e no celular eu tenho certeza que posso confiar 😂😂
