Firstly, it always says streaming error and never loads the camera footage because it decides not to load, second, why pay for Imou protect if it says “no record”? It said on the subscription you get cloud storage but it just says no record. GO FOR BETTER CAMERA SYSTEMS WITH A BOX.
Notifications not working after update. Please fix ASAP
its a good product and all, but i think its really annoying how you need to pay to see previous footage. if we paid for the camera and it's components, i think its really stupid that we should need to pay for a subscription in addition to that.
Can't connect 5G.
No complaints works better then the Swann camera I was using.
I have been using the app for past 5 years and have had no issue but with all these updates, it has some glitches. First major issue is camera works on wifi only and not mobile network. I double checked settings and made sure play on mobile network is on but it keeps showing connection failed. Second when you click on button play all, still only 1 camera is playing at one time. Before when you would click on play all then all the cameras would be playing at same time depending on your lay out of it. Can you please fix these asap

Requires password each time to verify and it’s messy to use. Won’t buy again and don’t buy.
The things you’d expect from this app works. I can easily add devices and manage them. The only thing that is not good is the human detection. It is truly awful. Whether there’s a cat, a leaf, a branch, or even no movement at all, the app will enthusiastically notify me that there’s a “human” there. Sensitivity is set to be lower but still
Works well at home, but when I try and check the cameras away from home, they don’t work and I keep getting a streaming error message
