Camera is good only alarm is not so good when not have cloud - please stop using Jews technics of ripping - please change mentality of corrupted peoples and modifier APP where we can set properly Alarm without your expensive cloud - shame to you who set so expensive cloud and not aloud for set properly alarm
Problem on my iPhone
After the update, the newest version of my iPhone crashed. Ios 16.2 on iPhone 14 pro max. I will come back and give 5* if you fix this problem

I installed version 15.6.0 and the app won’t open I restarted my phone and still nothing how can this be resolved it’s very annoying I get notifications but the app won’t open

My cameras don’t show up and it won’t let me add them there is no trace of the 1080p pro series anywhere that like a scam sell camera say it comes with app and not be useable like if u guys can reach out and contact me and help me set it up please do otherwise I’m very unsatisfied and I would like a refund for false advertisement if u can’t help me, thanks
Very User unfreindly
The new app will not let me connect to any of my cameras,, it just keeps saying connection failed? Its very frustrating
